Morgan

Ask your company anything.

Morgan reads the files, policies and spreadsheets your team already keeps. Ask a question and it builds the visual for that exact question as you watch: a chart, a checklist, the right people to call. Every answer shows where it came from.

The intranet had a good run.

Pages nobody updates. A wiki three reorganisations old. Dashboards built for one meeting. And the real question still lands in someone's inbox. Morgan is what comes after: one box, any question, an answer built for it.

Search the intranet, open four PDFs, then ask a colleague anyway.
Ask once. The answer arrives with the passage it came from.
A dashboard that answers the one question it was built for.
Any cut of your numbers, drawn the moment you ask. Ask for it another way and it redraws.
Policies that apply to some offices, read by everyone, or by no one.
Each document is for everyone or for chosen teams. For everyone else, it does not exist.
A Support Centre inbox full of "where do I find".
The front desk gets the answer, not the document. Staff never open your files.

The right answer, in the right shape.

Morgan answers in fifteen shapes: charts, key figures, steps, people, teams, events, maps, timelines, links, progress, tables, callouts, checklists, quizzes and drafts. It picks the one that makes the answer fastest to understand. Sample answers from fictional companies.

Two walls around every workspace
Each company's data is separated by row-level security in Postgres. The application's own database role cannot bypass it, and our tests try to cross it on every change.
Access decided at query time
A document is open to everyone or to chosen teams, and a person can belong to several. Remove someone and their access goes with them. They don't come back through the domain rule.
Review before anything goes in
Every file is checked for salaries, IDs, health and personal data and secrets before it joins the knowledge. Flagged files wait for an admin. Patient records are refused on Standard.
Private conversations
Chats belong to the person who asked. Admins see totals and the questions Morgan couldn't answer, never who asked them.
An activity log you can hand to an auditor
Every join, removal, upload, sync and access change is recorded with who did it, and kept after they leave.
Sealed secrets, no training
Connector tokens are sealed with AES-256-GCM and traffic is encrypted in transit. Your documents and questions are not used to train models. Morgan's own staff tools show counts and dates, never your content.

Planned for Premium. Dedicated servers and database, encryption keys held by your organisation, your approved hosting region, sign-in through Okta or Microsoft Entra, and access removal through directory sync. Scoped and verified with your IT team before deployment.

Picture day 30.

Your first month with Morgan, one week at a time. It starts with one team and the documents they already trust.

  1. Week 1

    Your documents move in.

The handbooks, policies and spreadsheets your team reaches for most. Morgan reads each one, checks it, and starts answering from it.

  2. Week 1

    Your questions set the bar.

Together we write down what your team really asks, and who should get which answer. Morgan is tested against those before anyone else uses it.

  3. Weeks 2 to 4

    Your team stops searching.

People ask Morgan instead of digging through folders or messaging a colleague. The Impact page shows what's still missing, without names.

  4. Day 30

    You see the difference.

Questions answered, gaps found and how often people came back. You decide where Morgan goes next.

What would Morgan save us?

Your team gets back 144 hours a month. That's 18 workdays of searching, asking and waiting.

What those hours are worth a year£65,867

Estimate only. Your results depend on your documents and habits.

No VAT is added: Round 6 Creative Ltd is not VAT registered. Each plan covers everyone on the team up to its size, so you never count seats. If your team grows past its plan, you move up at renewal. Setup, if needed, is quoted separately.

Who counts as an employee?

Everyone in the company or department your quote covers. Choose the plan that fits that head count; the price does not depend on how often anyone signs in. If the team grows past its plan, you move up at your next renewal.

How much AI usage is included?

Each plan includes 20 answers a month for every employee it covers, shared by the whole team: 500, 1,500 or 3,000. A follow-up counts as a new answer. Answers that fail or can't find the information don't count, and unused answers don't roll over. Your admin is alerted at 80%. If your team goes over, Morgan keeps answering and nothing extra is charged. If it happens two months in a row, we suggest the next plan at renewal. A fair-use cap of three times your allowance protects against automated misuse.

What does setup cover?

We scope your initial documents, team permissions and administrator onboarding together. The quote lists any setup fee, custom integration work and provider costs before you commit.

Can we use Morgan with regulated data?

Standard is for internal company knowledge and does not accept patient data. If your organisation needs to process regulated information, discuss a dedicated deployment with us first. The required controls and agreements must be in place before any upload.

Questions, answered.

The short version of what people ask us most.

What is Morgan?

An enterprise OS: one operating system for everything your company knows. Your team asks a question in plain words. Morgan answers from your company's own documents and builds the answer as the visual that fits it: a chart, a checklist, a map, the person to call.

Is Morgan an AI model?

No. Morgan is the system around large language models, the same kind of AI behind ChatGPT. It lets the model read only what your admins approved and what the person asking may see, makes every answer show its source, and turns each answer into the right visual.

How is it different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT knows the internet. Morgan knows your company. It answers only from your approved documents, respects who may see what, shows where every answer came from, and keeps your files out of personal AI accounts.

What does Morgan replace?

The four places your team looks today. The intranet nobody updates. The shared drive where you find the file but not the answer. The dashboard that answers the one question it was built for. And the colleague everyone interrupts. With Morgan, they become one question.

What problems does it solve that we may not see yet?

The costs that never show up in a report. Your best people spend hours a week as human search engines. When answers are hard to find, people guess instead of asking. Two versions of a policy, and half the team follows the old one. When someone leaves, what they knew leaves too. And employees already paste company files into personal AI tools.

Where does Morgan's knowledge come from?

From what your admins add: PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, text and Markdown files, and public web pages, where a blog brings its articles too. SharePoint and OneDrive folders sync by arrangement. Google Drive, Dropbox, Box and Notion are next.

What if Morgan doesn't know the answer?

It says so and shows who in the company would know, with a button to ask them. It never makes a number up. When two documents disagree, it follows the newest one that applies to the person asking and says which one it used.

Who can see what?

Each document is for everyone or for chosen teams. If a document is for leadership only, Morgan can't see it when anyone else asks. That rule is enforced in the database, not just on screen. Chats stay private to the person who asked.

Can the Morgan team read our documents?

Our tools are built so we don't. They show counts and dates, never your documents or chats. If our support ever needs to see something, you choose what to share.

Is our data used to train AI?

No. Your documents and questions are never used to train models, and we only work with AI providers that don't train on the business data sent to them.

Does sensitive data reach the AI?

Not when Morgan can catch it first. Patient lists, pay tables and ID numbers, like US social security, Brazilian CPF and UK National Insurance numbers, are caught on our own servers before any AI sees them. A flagged file waits for an admin, and patient records are refused on Standard. Everything else is checked by AI before it joins the knowledge.

Where is our data stored?

In the United States, encrypted at rest and in transit, with a hosting provider certified for SOC 2 Type II. Morgan keeps the text it reads, not your original files. A dedicated deployment in your chosen region is planned for Premium.

Which languages does Morgan speak?

Ask in your language about a document written in another, and the answer comes back in yours. Each company can also set Morgan's own screens to English, Portuguese or Spanish.

How fast can we start?

Upload a document and within minutes Morgan shows the questions it can now answer. Most companies start with one team and ten documents it already trusts, then grow from there.
